Vendor Registration
In order to do business with the Library suppliers must first register with BidSync, the Library’s vendor registration system. This process alerts the Library as to the products and services that the supplier has to offer. The registration process is done electronically and only takes a few minutes. All that is needed is access to the Internet. If your company does not have Internet access you can go to any public library and use the public computers.
Once you enter the BidSync website, you will be led through the registration process using easy-to-follow instructions. Paid registration is not required to participate in any of the Library’s solicitations. Upon clicking the “Register” link below, you will be forwarded to the BidSync website where you will be provided instructions on how to register as a vendor.

If you have line cards or promotional or advertising materials you wish to supply to us, we prefer it in a green (electronic) format. Send your letter of introduction and other promotional materials to the Procurement Manager:
