How to Renew
About
Renewals
- Most
items may be renewed twice.
- Items
with holds cannot be renewed.
- Limitations
may be placed on specific types of materials.
- Adult
feature videos, adult feature DVDs, and circulating reference
materials cannot be renewed.
- If
you renew an overdue item, you will be charged for the
number of days the item is overdue.
- If
you owe $10 or more, you will not be able to renew.
How
to Renew
On
the Web
- Click

- Renewal
Instructions:
- In
the My Account tab of
the Web
Catalog, enter your
library card
number and PIN. Then, click
on the login button.
- From Account
Overview select Items
Out from the menu.
- Check
the items you wish to
renew and click on the renew button.
- New
due dates and confirmation
of the renewals will
be displayed OR reasons
why the items cannot
be renewed will be given.
By Phone
Use TeleCirc (800) 471-0991 --
Phone renewals anytime, within the Greater Bay
Area
- Dial
(800) 471-0991 on a touch tone phone.
- Choose Renewals option
- Enter
your library card number (which must start
with 233... )
- Enter your PIN
- Select
one of the following ways to renew your items.
- Renew one item (requires entry of item
barcode number)
- Renew all current items
- List all items out
- You
will be given title and new due date or told
if an item cannot be renewed.
In
Person
Take items to the Circulation Desk at your
library.
