On the first day of the booking period reservations are in person
only. On subsequent days reservations can be made in person
or by phone, 408-867-6126, weekdays during open hours before
5 PM.
Bookings by Group C, civic, school and nonprofit groups, can
be made for dates in the upcoming quarter on specified booking
dates.
On May 2, 2007, 10AM-5PM, book dates through Sept. '07.
On Aug. 1, 2007, 10AM-5PM, book dates through Dec. '07.
On Nov. 1, 2007, 10AM-5PM, book dates through March '08.
On Feb. 1, 2008, 10AM-5PM, book dates through June ’08.
Bookings by Group D, other groups not included in A, B, C, can
be made not more than two weeks in advance.
