Please note that studies and recommendations for daily Calcium and Vitamin D may vary widely in several of the web sites listed below, but recent studies, particularly for Vitamin D, indicate levels up to 1000 mg per day are needed.  Please consult your health professional for preferred levels of Calcium and Vitamin D, and what percentage can be dietary and/or supplemental.
