Teen Summer Reading
Starts June 1, 2010
Sign up online or at the library!

Teens come to the Information desk to receive a free book and Summer Reading Club folder when they sign up. (while supplies last)

Teens who read or listen to at least 5 books or graphic novels and turn in their reading log will gain entrance to our Ice Cream Social and the chance to win prizes.

Summer Events for Teens
(ages 13 - 19):

Thursday, June 17th at 5pm - Wii Games: First timers and hotshots welcome.

Thursday, June 24th at 5pm – Papercraft and Origami: Learn new folds or create
mini characters in paper.

Thursday, July 1st at 5pm - Make your own pins to wear.

Thursday, July 8th at 5pm - Make a purse or man satchel out of a book.

Thursday, July 15th at 5pm - Free Makeup tips and samples.

Saturday, July 31st at 2:30 - Book discussion of Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. Ask ahead of time for a copy of the book.

Saturday, August 7th at 2:30 - Read 5 books to gain entrance to our Ice Cream Social and a chance to win prizes.
