Taxes
Locating Tax Forms

The Santa Clara County Library District does not distribute printed tax forms or booklets for either the State of California or the IRS. However, all libraries in the District have reproducible Federal tax forms that patrons can photocopy, as well as public computers from which Federal and State forms and instructions can be printed or downloaded. Librarians cannot provide tax assistance.

Employer and information forms such as W-2, 1098 and 1099 forms must be ordered directly from the IRS.
