Downloadable
audiobooks have certain technical requirements for authentication.
You may need to make changes to your Browser (Internet
Explorer, Netscape, Safari, etc.) and personal firewall
(Norton Personal Firewall, ZoneAlarm, etc.). One or more
of the following settings may need to be changed for that
browser session:

Be
able to accept cookies
- Have
Java, JavaScript, or ActiveX turned on
- Personal
firewall set to allow cookies, mobile code or scripting
for both the Library's Remote Authentication address
AND netlibrary.com
- IE
set to save the Downloadable audio as a file instead
of automatically play
- Netscape
users: Smart Download option must be disabled
It
is difficult to address every computer configuration. These
are basic settings that may cause problems accessing and
downloading audiobooks. If you are unable to access NetLibrarydownloadable
audiobooks after changing these computer settings, please
contact Netlibrary Technical Support at support@oclc.org
