This year the Friends of the Saratoga Libraries will combine their annual holiday open house on Dec. 2nd at 6:30 with a special library tour, a chance to discover what the Friends are doing for your library, holiday refreshments and the opportunity to hear the musical talents of the local singing group, The Zingers.
