Hospice of the Valley
Hospice of the Valley is a local community-based nonprofit
organization in San Jose, California, founded in 1979. Its
mission is to provide high-quality end-of-life hospice care
and grief support for terminally-ill patients and their loved
ones in Santa Clara County. Services include medical, spiritual,
psychological, social, educational, grief support, and advocacy
services to ensure individual dignity, choice and quality
of life.
