Council
on Aging, Silicon Valley
The Council on Aging is an advocate for senior services in Santa Clara County
and provides several resources and services including Meals on Wheels, Call Care,
Care Management, Health Insurance Counseling, job counseling and legal advice.

Eldercare Locator is a public service of the U.S. Administration
on Aging. The Eldercare Locator is your first step for finding
local agencies, in every U.S. community, that can help older
persons and their families access home and community-based
services like transportation, meals, home care, and caregiver

Family
Caregiver Alliance (FCA)
Founded in 1977, Family Caregiver Alliance was the first
community-based nonprofit organization in the country to
address the needs of families and friends providing long-term
care at home. FCA offers information, education, advice
and advocacy to support and sustain families nationwide
who are caring for loved ones with chronic, disabling health
conditions.
